Protection mechanism for franchise

1. All cooperating or franchisees are subject to profit protection and expansion measures by the company.
2. Drainage mechanism and non drainage mechanism:
① If the franchisee signs contracts with the teaching assistants on the platform to join the golf hall and implements a drainage mechanism, the franchise fee will be locked in.
② If the franchisee's teaching assistants on the platform are all non contracted, and an online order receiving mechanism is implemented, the company will generate revenue based on the platform's order volume. If the franchisee fails to recover the investment amount after the six-month contract expires, we will refund the difference.

What privileges do franchisees have

1. After the admission of our teaching assistants, they can rank high or top among the outstanding assistants in the city;
2. Agents can monopolize the online teaching assistant market in prefecture level cities and dominate resources;
3. The competition activities held by the platform in prefecture level cities can only be registered by registered users (customers and teaching assistants);
4. Add merchant ports and open an independent partner system for agents to organize and view backend data.

Post franchise platform operation and maintenance

Agents who have successfully joined will not be left unattended by the platform. In the early stage, the platform will assist agents in teaching assistants to recruit new employees. The specific measures are as follows:
1. After the application for admission is approved, the franchisee will be given 100 yuan in cash for each non local teaching assistant who applies for admission, which will be directly deposited into the franchisee's monthly settlement commission.
2. The minimum starting quota for franchisees to join as teaching assistants is 30;
3. After the franchisee joins, the company will hold city level competitions to expand the visibility of the franchisee's golf hall; Only regional teaching assistants can register.
4. Publicity of official Tiktok short video and live broadcast room (every month, franchisees can report the excellent teaching assistants of the golf hall to the official live broadcast room to participate in activities and publicize the city golf room);
5. Franchisees have independent city management ports and can operate teaching assistants to increase exposure in city settings

Franchise process

First call：Free access to KIKP project franchise materials;

Franchise application：Interested collaborators or franchisees shall fill out the application form in KIKP's first person according to the process as required;

Qualification review：Organize the relevant information provided by the applicant;

Formal negotiations：Our marketing personnel will further communicate and discuss specific cooperation matters over the phone, and determine the mode of cooperation;

Contract determination：Sign a cooperation or franchise agreement and transfer the funds to the designated account in accordance with the agreement.
